G'day from EL PRESIDENTI.
AGE: Old enough to know better.
PERSONAL PROFILE: Typical burb with wife, 2 billy lids, job, and mortgage till I get on/near a bike. Have been seen sniffing leather seats on HD's and exhaust pipes of strokers.
BIKES OWNED: Honda- cb 250, absolute junk. CT 90- unkillable, used it on the farm as a paddock basher till I took it apart to fix it with inevitable result, a pile of bits and no go.
SUZUKI- GT 550 TRIPLE, heavy as hell but great speed.
YAMAHA- ag 100 paddock basher after ct 90 demise. DT 250, my first registered on road bike (learners/probationary license) rode it till the engine sounded like a diesel (knocka, knocka, knocka.....). XT 550 J Awsome step up from the dt, more ambition than sense here with my first high speed bingle into the farm gate that some thoughtful soul closed while I was out. Wiped out the front end. And finally my RZ 350 which I consider my best effort yet as we managed to write it off twice to the same insurance co. The final write off was definitely final. But this bike was all I could ask for, nimble in tight situations, quick on the getaway, AND a joy to ride.
